Award season is upon us so here I am, rolling out the red carpet and throwing confetti in support of our bookish community.
The very best thing about Reading By Starlight are the amazingly talented people I’ve met. You all inspire me in more ways than I could ever express and while I can’t nominate all of you, I am so excited to share some of your blogs today. Before I get into my nominations, I just want to thank the lovely May over at Forever And Everly for hosting this year. Without further ado, behold my Book Blogger Award nominations:
If you’d read my recent February Wrap Up, you’d know that It’s been a while since I’ve actually finished a book. I’ve been meandering through A Discovery of Witches not because I’m bored but because I actually don’t want it to end. Then I picked up After, another 500+ page book because I seriously have no chill. I promise, more reviews are on the way soon but, in the mean time, it’s about time that I do the Liebster Award.
Okay. I’m going to start off by saying that this post is way overdue. I’m talking almost a whole month overdue. Actually – scratch that. Let’s be real. You know this is over a month overdue because we all know that I am hopeless, utterly hopeless with getting around to posting tags. That doesn’t mean I won’t get around to doing them – it’s just that I like to be uber prepared and I have a monthly blogging scheduled that I like to stick to so sometimes that means some of my tags get pushed (temporary) to the back burner. That being said, being tagged in memes and awards literally makes my day so don’t think for one second that I don’t jump for joy and appreciate my nominations when I get that tag notification.
